Lord Hylton (second from left) and Lord Moyne support Falun Gong practitioners’ family rescue efforts

Lord Moyne is an enthusiastic friend of Falun Gong. During his time as a member of the House of Lords, he raised the issue of Falun Gong many times. Many other Lords, including Lord Hylton of the Parliament’s human rights committee and Lord Avebury, have expressed their support for Falun Gong.

Lord Moyne said, “Suing Jiang Zemin is a very interesting development to me. People can see now that, even for a country like China, the leader cannot escape from punishment for the crimes they committed. No matter how the case goes, it will surely arouse the attention of the general public and the media. Through this process, the Chinese government will see that by persecuting Falun Gong they do not get anything, but on the contrary they hurt themselves.”
