Sweden: Collecting Signatures in Malmo City to Support the Global Lawsuit Against Jiang

Swedish practitioners gathered in the busiest part of Malmo City to collect signatures in support of the global lawsuit against Jiang Zemin. The sky was dark and cloudy with drizzling rain, but it suddenly became clear and bright after the practitioners arrived at the square. We hung up a banner and set up display boards, and more and more people offered to sign their names. Through signing their names, they expressed their surprise and anger at the persecution of Falun Gong by Jiang’s regime. Some of them asked, “Why is such a peaceful movement banned in China? People here can belong to all kinds of movements.” Others said, “You are all nice people, why should they persecute you?”

It did not take long before the signatures filled up several petition boards. When the strong wind toppled our display boards, passers-by helped us to put them right. Everybody’s heart was filled with a sense of justice. Let us work together to bring Jiang to justice for his evil deeds that go against all human rights. Let’s work together to stop the persecution of Falun Gong practitioners.
