Mr. Cao Liangyi, was a thirty-one year old Falun Dafa practitioner in Qiqihar City, Heilongjiang Province. He was beaten to death by the police in No. 2 Detention Centre in Qiqihar City in August, 2002. The details of the death are under investigation.
