Sweden: Student�s Exhibition tells People �Falun Dafa is Good!�

On 16th May 2003, an exhibition of handicrafts was held by new graduates from Wendesgymnasiet High School in Kristianstad, Sweden. Swedish Falun Dafa practitioner Anton is one of those new graduates. He made a series of exquisite woodwork creations to express what he feels deep in his heart: “Falun Dafa is Good! Stop persecuting Falun Gong practitioners!”

It took Anton a long time to painstakingly create these figures. He also got generous help from his friends and classmates. From the design and construction of the pieces to the layout of the exhibition table, everything was done by Anton and his friends. Though it took them more than 100 hours, which was actually the planned length of time for this project, Anton felt that every minute he spent on it was very worthwhile.

“An Enlightened Being on a Lotus Flower” is composed of four sections and four different types of wood: “An Enlightened Being” is carved from a piece of Linden wood, “A Lotus Flower” is carved from cherry wood; “A Halo” is carved from oak, and “A Falun” is carved from a piece of cigar-box wood.
