Fa Guang Radio Station: Falun Gong Broadcasts a Video in a North-eastern Chinese City about the Truth behind the “Tiananmen Square Self-Immolation” The French International radio station “Fa Guang” reported, at noon on the 27th January 2003, that a video entitled “The Truth of the Tiananmen Square Self-Immolation” incident was broadcast via cable TV in a small area of a city in Northeast China. The programme lasted over thirty minutes and covered all the channels on the local cable TV. However the Falun Dafa website, Minghui net, did not specify which city the video was broadcast in [to prevent the practitioners in that city from suffering further persecution]. In the report, they questioned the validity of the “Tiananmen Self-Immolation” programme aired by China’s Central TV station in their programme “Discussion of Focal Point”. The report was broadcast to Mainland China as well as to the Chinese community in Paris.
