According to the Falun Dafa Information Centre, Ms. Yang Yueli, a former senior engineer of China’s Aeronautics Ministry, was detained in a labour camp because she practised Falun Gong. Ms. Yang Yueli, now 62 years old, once participated in the research and launch of China’s first satellite. Her son in Canada, Mr. Yang Zhendong is appealing to international communities to help rescue his mother as soon as possible.
