On May 11, 2002, Salzburg was in beautiful spring. Austrian and German Falun Dafa practitioners jointly held activities in the downtown area to celebrate the 10th anniversary of Falun Dafa's spreading widely in the world.

Exquisite [Falun] Dafa music and graceful exercise performances attracted passing pedestrians and tourists from different countries. Colourful balloons made the atmosphere more joyful and lively. Many people asked for Dafa music, Dafa literature and signed petition to help Falun Dafa practitioners in China. Salzburg is the tourist site in Austria where many Chinese tourists visit. Dafa practitioners initially clarified the truth to them about the persecution of Falun Gong cultivators in China, and patiently answered their inquiries. Some Chinese tourists encouraged practitioners to continue in their efforts. They believed that China's suppression would be changed because of many kind people's endeavour.
