You have forwarded me a very significant document on the situation of Falun Dafa practitioners in China. I have read it carefully and I highly commend your fight for the respect of the rights to freedom of belief, religion and association. I have also observed that France has not been indifferent to this question.

For my part as an ambassador of human rights, I will follow the progress of this matter with much vigilance.
