In early morning, February 13, 2002 (the first day after the Chinese Spring Festival), Practitioner Jiang Honglu from Mishan City, Heilongjiang Province was noticed by police while he was posting materials Falun Dafa truth-clarifying flyers. Policeman Du Yongshan then fired his gun and broke Jiang's leg.
