Falun Dafa practitioner Yin Hongqing (40 years old) and his brother Yin Hongjiang (34 years old) live on Zhanqian Street, in the Nongshan District of Liaoyuan City, Jilin Province. After being detained for one year terms in a labour camp, they were then detained for an extra month and sent to Liaoyuan "610 Office" brainwashing class. [The "610 Office" is an agency specifically created to persecute Falun Gong, with absolute power over each level of administration in the Party and all other political and judiciary systems.] Because they insisted on practicing Falun Dafa, the "610 Office" fabricated a reason and sentenced them to a second one-year term. They are currently detained in Changchun Chaoyanggou Labour Camp.
